Removimg window tint glue
Can anybody out there tell me how to remove the window tint glue that remains on the glass. I had some ugly tint on my 2000 Max that I removed. I scraped the glue off the side windows with a razor, but the back window has the defrost wires that I don't want to damage.
I have tried windex, Carb cleaner, and Brake cleaner with no luck. Any advise would be very helpful. Thanks !

I am not 100% positive of the technique but I know if you just try to remove it yourself, you are 100% guaranteed to loose your defrost lines if you are not experienced in doing it.
I'd say pay a tint shop to do it for you. They are experienced in doing it. Also you can just have a new piece of tint applied over it too.
either way, I'd bring it somewhere
