Are the head bolts in the VQ30DE reusable or one-time use only like in Mustang?

Also, does port matching and polishing the intake manifold and heads on the 2000 model give significant gains on the top end?

I purchased a deluxe P&P kit from Standard Abrasives for use on my Mustang, but I'm selling that, I bought a 2k GXE, and I'm wondering if it would be worthwhile to P&P the heads on this thing.

That being said, I wouldn't be able to get too deep into the intake runners, not like getting them honed at a machine shop or anything like that... it would mostly be just matching them to the heads, and then smoothing out the exhaust side of the heads as much as possible.

Any info is greatly appreciated.
