Ehhh...My baby is all frozen up...The washer fluid lines that is. (it's been below 20F the last few days)

It looks like the last fillup was done w/ fluid w/o antifreeze in it. I just got some regular washer fluid (w/ antifreeze), and put it in, which might have helped.

At first I thought the pump went, but on my way to the dealership, I gave it another shot and saw some fluid dribbling out of the nozzles, so I went home.

I've only had my Max for 2 weeks (so the little freeze problem was out of my hands). Any suggestions on clearing this up (besides waiting for the temp to go above freezing)?

Frozen washer lines

It would seem you'll have to get indoors to get the lines to warm up to where you can get the right fluid running through them. Maybe the dealer will let you park inside the service department, if you don't have access to an enclosed garage. Unfortunately, that's all I know to suggest, until Spring comes.

After driving around for a while to make sure the engine is fully warmed up, just let it sit and idle for a while. The heat rising off the engine should defrost your washer fluid lines. Also, make sure your nozzles aren't completely iced over. Word from the wise, don't run your washer pump without fluid flowing at least partially, you can wear out the pump prematurely.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone.
It warmed up to nearly 30 today, after installing a new CD player (YAAY!!) I went for a drive to fill up...Lo and behold, things were moving again, and I think the new fluid has made its way into things...hopefully this won't crop up again.

I thought about the hair dryer thing, but being a college guy, I don't own one..heh heh.

My baby is back to 110%! YAAAY!

I still can't get over it (even after 2 weeks). I LOVE MY CAR!!!
