Dealer made a trade for this deal now he may be stuck with it. This is a great time to deal with him. Go 19K, if he doesn't take it walk. He more than likely will call you later and accept your offer. It takes walking off the lot and leaving to get deals done anymore. Offer 19K!

Update

Here is the update for all you guys that gave me some great advise!

Went to the dealer to look over the car agina cleaned up..there is a couple of light scrathes on top of rear bumper and one on the front bumper and some light clear coat scrathes on the hood that can be buffed out....I asked the General manager to give me an $1,000 off..He said NO WAY!!!...the car was already being sold at a lose?..he said that at 21,000 flat plus tax and tags, he was $1200 in the red on the car...looking to move units in the 03's..it a base 6spd sheer silver, with sunroof, mats, gaurds, trunk mat..MSRP is 27,355..he did say he will get his people(becuase scrathes happen to new cars all teh time in their lots and they will spot paint the affected areas which are very small...he said that dealers do it all the time and it would look fine..he would pick up the cost on that(his cost is $98.00 per bumper to do)..What should i do?? 6spd are almost impossible to find now and the few out there have all told me that if i can buy this car for 21,000 to run not walk to the dealer...one other thing..i ripped the car apart just to be sure and the car is all original , no body work or spray but i did notice the TRUNK Gaps on each side to the rear body panels were a bit off..it was not huge but the spacing was off??? is this something that can happen from the factory? because i ripped teh back apart and looked underneath..No body or paint work....the car now has 170 miles on it, after i really worked it on teh highway, it sure does move above 4,000RPM...any input, as always, greatly appreciated!!! Ps..drove the 350Z..WOW..what a monster above 4,000 rpm and the sweet sound of that exhaust! but really not an everyday car in my opinion!! awful rear vision, cramped and very, very noisy!still like my 1990 300zx

How badly do you want it? The car is going to drop in value BIG time. The '04 is out and the Altima made the 5th gen Maxima a depreciating "new" car. The choice is yours.

One more thing, the 3.5% 60 month is out and you will love the car.

If that's the car you want and the monthly payments is right get the damn car. That car is not going to last on the lot and you ain't going to find another one.

As long as there's no major damage, go for it.

I THOUGHT THIS CAR WAS LOADED!. The pricing I got for you from Kelly in the other thread was on a loaded car. I bought my no Nav Loaded 02 6spd w/HLSD in 5/02 for $26k, MSRP was $32K! Now you say this is a base 03, no leather, no auto climate... W/damage for 21K! Kelley rates an 02 with those options at 19K and they're always high!

We can't give you good info if you don't give us all the info. You may want to look at a used 02 like a lease turn in. The APR on this car isn't bad but I'd walk. What can you afford per month and how much are you putting down? Trade-In?

Nope loaded just the above aoption msrp 27.355...taking 6,355 off of it to 21,000..it is a 2003...
as far as payments..that is not really an issue, but i really don't need leather(as i really hate it cold and hot in Summer here in the Northeast)... i'm not trading and i would put about 5,000 down...i haev been trying to find a used 2002 6spd can't find one for anything here in the northeast!!! i would prefer a 2002 6spd because of how much they have depreciated~! Thanks for your advice again!
