Hesitation TSB for manual only?

Hesitation TSB for manual only?
I went in for my new bumper and while I was there I stopped by the service center to see about the TSB. Mossy Nissan in Houston found the one for the manual transmission but not the auto. They told me they hadn't done any autos or manuals either. I went to the Nissan TSB website and I couldn't find one for the auto tranny but I know it exists b/c some have gotten it done. Anyone know where I can find the auto TSB?

The number is NTB03-023. Someone on here posted a PDF of it but I don't know where the thread is now.
