Opninion on these chrome's!!

I just wanted to know what everybody thought about these tight chrome wheels that i was thinking about putting on my 2000 Auto SE Sterling Mist max. They are 17's and cost $1,099 tires included. But will they drastically hurt my performance and please give me more suggestions on other rims.

Looks good and the price is right. Spend the money you saved on some lowering springs for the perfect overall look IMHO.

The car will sure stand out with those rims and that's a good thing!

Out of curiosity, what tires are they including for that price? If they suck, you might want to spend a few more $$$ to get something good.

I personally like the look of chrome and those wheels look good. I don't care for the rivets and they look like they would be hard to clean. IMO Chrome is typically heavier and the heavier wheel will slow down your acceleration times. I don't know about the tires.

chrome rims aren't meant for racing, they're for parkin lot pimpin or just straight cruisin.....

good price, but you might wanna ask them for a better tire...Hankooks are garbage

I agree there - the only thing is that when you go to those sizes, the cost of the tires jump big time! If you're on a budget, this will kill ya!

$2000+ in tires/rims is waaay too much to spend if you haven't already upgraded the exhaust/intake, etc...

No offense.....but I think chrome wheels in 17"s are fairly ghetto. Also, Hankook tires are pieces of crap. For $500 more, you can get a decent 18" tire and wheel package.
