Also, for the other guys, lets post track names as well so we can compile a nice SPECIFIC list of songs that we all like. That way the rest of us can go on and find them. Anyone else think we should do this, or am I being unreasonable?

who's a DJ here? i get all my music (house, trance an some Rnb) from here:
http://www.global-mindz.com/forums/

You have to register, and the only way to receive stuff is to sign up for a streambean account or Myplay account.
I am telling you its amazing!!!
Nothing but DJ's sharing their stuff from all over the world!!!
Atleast check it out...
Right now I'm banging DMX's
"X gon' give it to ya"
Peace!!!

Streamload is an online file storage service, its free or you can pay for it. If you try the free, which I did, you are really limited to the size of the files and alot of hassle (downloads not complete, etc). I got pretty frusterated so I got the 4.95 a month service and its been amazing. i have burned close to 30 cd compilations etc. You should check it out. Go to global-mindz and just register, then go to streambeam/myplay forum and see all the threads posted on what Dj's are sharing!!! My favorite is the funkimix, urban traxx, and X-mix Urban Dj services.
It's the best thing I've ever done...you get amazing quality rips...non of that kazaa crap.

I've got my iriver mp3 cd player hooked up stealth-like so I've got nearly thousands of songs rollin around in my max. Perfect for road trippin' but I don't want all that wind whippin around on my paint makin it peel off Lousy *** paint...

Oh yeah I'm bumpin' west coast underground hip hop (living legends, hieroglyphics, RJD2, swollen members, herbaliser. Check em out. Its way better than pop).

I keep two types of CDs at close reach at all times:
1) A Roots CD (usually either Organix, Do you Want More, or Come Alive)
2) Some sort of modern rock (lately, it's been Hoobastank; but that changes every couple weeks or so).

I listen to trance mostly, but during the climax
it causes me to drive a little faster than I should.
Other than that, mixed cds of little of everything,
except country.

Not quite my speed, but I would much rather listen to him than other stuff like Spears, etc. Actually I would rather listen to static than her type of, and I use the term very loosely, music.

JJS, Britney's appeal has very little to do with music...

No Frampton - can I interest you in Peter Gabriel?

1. True, but sometimes you just can't get past the 'rent by the hour' look to even really enjoy the eye candy.

2. Certainly.

I used to DJ. I'm really into Trance but now a days Breakbeats (kinda like freestyle with trance music)....are the ****......If ur asian you'll really get into Breakbeats for example these are my fav. songs DD Agastino "I'll Fly With U", Diana Fox "Running on Empty"(DJ Trippy vs. Phatboi remix is one of the recommended version of this song) System F "Out of Blue", SASH "Together Again", and many more like Sarina Paris, ATB, Blank and Jones and etc......these are the few I listen to the most in my max but depending on a weather I listen to Korean Ballads too......and some rap but I'm not a real big fan of Hip Hop......

I LISTEN TO WEEZER!... but thats only when I'm doing the relaxing late night cruising routine... so peaceful.

Right now my rotation is 50 cent, Linkin Park, Good Charlotte, and this 90s Rock mix I made (Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Offspring, Green Day, Red Hot Chili Peppers, etc. - best cd I've ever made). But when the bass hits with that 50 cent the rattles are just disgusting

Anytime you add 50 Cent to the music rotation you listed makes me know for sure 50 Cent is the future.

Now I'm really pi$$ed! The weather forcast calls for our first 80 degree day on Tuesday(Silver Spring, MD) and I'm still waiting for my Phoenix Gold 12 Elite sub to show up. I'm planning to do custom kicks for my 8" mid-bass drivers but as soon as my sub gets here I'm going to the installer. I just can't take the stock system anymore.

I pretty much listen only to trance. Sasha, Paul van Dyk, Tiesto, NU NRG, system F, armin, etc etc

www.tranceaddict.com has a bunch of really good livesets and singles, there's also a forum that's extremely helpful. check it out.
