o2 Sensor!!

My service engine soon light came on in my 2000 Automatic se Max. I think that it is the o2 sensor. Is the o2 sensors covered under the 5 year 60,000 miles powertrain warranty?

Codes pulled.... now what?

I went to autozone and got my codes pulled sinced my ses light came on. The code is p0420. I looked at the TSB tread and didnt understand what it says. How much will this cost to fix? A little worried since my car is acting funny...

My SES light came on at 45K and they said it was because of the O2 sensor. It didn't need replacing - just reprogramming the ECU. It was covered by the emissions warranty. Hopefully, you'll have the same luck,

hey yall. I just called nissan and asked how much it would be for an 02 sensor and he said $300. He also said that the 02 sensor is not covered under the powertrain warranty. Do i need a brand new 02 sensor or do i just need it reprogrammed? How much is it to be reprogrammed and how long is the emmisions warranty?
