After how many miles can i clean my stillen intake? Can i feel the difference if my intake is dirty?

 

I think it's a K7N filter. 50,000 Miles.

 

K&N claims the dirtier the filter, the better it performs

that logic always escaped me

 

the dirtier it is, the better it filters. i guess thats their definition of performance. i would say you could push a k&n drop in 30k miles but an open filter is exposed to much more air and dirt. i typically clean mine every 10k.
