Nissan TSB response

I went to a Nissan dealer today about the TSB, the tech advisor smiled, shook his head and said "oh, u read maxima.org? There is nothing wrong with the Maximas but i will take a look and check it out."
Another question is that will I blow or mess up my max (auto) if I accelerate hard (over 5000 rpm) and flooring the gas pedal consistantly?

Thanks for the help
