Smoke a ricer Prelude today

Stupid A$$ was riding my **** like crazy so I let him go by and then he gets up next to me and starts taunting me. Against the passenger's restrictions, I gave him a run, I get up to around 3 digits and I am right on his bumper so he gets ****y and attempts to brake check me. I get into the middle lane (3 lane highway) and we go for about a nano second before I have pulled out of striking distance from him. Oh some info about his car, It was a honda need I say more!! No it was a newer 2k+ prelude with Coffee can exhaust and Fast and the Furious body kit/stickers. He was not happy at the outcome and at the next stop attepted to voice his displeasure at me handing him his ****. Just thought I would share this with you all, so let the flaming begin!!

Your passenger? And you disregard him/her and go near triple digits with someone who would be more than happy to have you rear end them and then sue your *** off? Really wise.

End of flame.

Sure would!! As a matter of fact what are you doing next weekend! No my passenger is against any attempt of male confrontation, shes a tree huggin hippy!! But a cute one at that! As for him suing me. Maybe but that would entail him actually having a license and owning a registered vehicle which isn't too common around here. plus I am insured, another rarity around here

Maxima, Murano, Altima 3.5, G35 Coupe/Sedan, 350Z, Pathfinder, QX4, I35, FX35 all use the VQ35DE engine. The VQ30DE was the previous version which was also an awesome engine.

FYI,

I get Honduh's all the time coming up to my 2k3 SE. I don't even waste my time, that precious $1.75 gas. Now if a 3.5 Alti or even the new Accord wanted some, then I don't mind.

By the way nice kill!

Next time, I would have just drove nice and easy... and let him be the dumb showoff trying to prove something... while I KNOW my Max is awesome.

but with this 255hp, I think i would...that car is 176hp stock and I was killing him with my 200hp stock GPX even with his turbo

I think I'll go over the limit on characters that I'm allowed if I wrote it out. But here are the power mods:
Fidenza Flywheel
Quaife Differential
v2 SC 3.33" w/hks bov about 9psi..
jic coilvers
light ssr 17"
full cat-back, greedy evo exhaust
Testpipe
cattman y-pipe

I pretty much have all the bolt-ons avail. I did a auto to 5spd conversion so I was pushing over 300fwhp back then on auto. I should be pushing more now after the 5spd..

PCGURU, I don't think you need me to tell you that you will definately hand a VR6 turboed and NOS his ****!

NT2SHBBY, I also have a Max (2k3) and I think a VR6 Turboed and NOS would give us a run for our money. Keep in mind we are not comparing "apples to apples". We are talking about a NA Max VS a moded VR6. Anyway Goodluck and let me know if you get a chance to race him!

Bro, had you picked up the 6 speed Max, then you'd prolly beat the VR6, although not by much. But since you have the autotragic, I don't know!

Why have 222/227/255HP (or whatever) when less would do? Same point. Some of us like to have responsive and decently accelerating cars to deal with everyday driving adventures (traffic lights, on ramps, lane changes, etc.) without street racing. Some like even more.

Bottom line is that street racing is dangerous, immature, illegal, and just plain dumb. I applaud him for not doing it anymore.

Exactly... My car is a daily driver so I need the pick-up.. Passing cars on the highway is a lot easier. Just downshift and I'll easily pull ahead.

I do... V1..

The thing about radar detectors is that they work really good when your crowded with other cars. But when you the only car on an empty road and they use instant on.. Then your screwd...

Most of my tickets are bs.. 55 in a 30, 74 in a 50.. bs tickets.. Now I gotta like 40months for them to disappear.
