It means "Police Benevolent Association". Basically means you know someone who's a cop, and if you show it while pulled over, the cop may let you go w/warning instead of ticket out of respect for the cop that YOU know.

I know, I know...many years back before my father retired from the police our family got FOP cards. Fraternal Order of Police. These were even better since they pretty much indicated you were family of police.

Just trying to picture you hittin a wall. Man you are lucky. And 14 points. Wooo. Don't like street racing that much either but in my area it's like the fast and the furious. You get pushed out of the way. Nothing but long straight aways. You even see mini vans with a boat load of kids flying down the street.

The thing about radar detectors is that they work really good when your crowded with other cars. But when you the only car on an empty road and they use instant on.. Then your screwd...

Most of my tickets are bs.. 55 in a 30, 74 in a 50.. bs tickets.. Now I gotta like 40months for them to disappear.
bs... hmmm... 55 in a 30 (25 over), 74 in a 50 (24 over)... sounds a little EXTREME to me.

10 over... most cops won't blink at you. 20 over, and you are a golden nugget.

Told the judge I'll take a defensive driving course.. That;s worth 4pts. So I'll have 10.. But 3 speeding tickets within 18months and you get suspended.. But I can always get a restricted license.. I work in CT. And we have offices all over the place :-)

If only I could find this cat now, I for sure would love to hear him spray me again and then proceeed to hand him his a$$ lovely!
hahah nice, dpa eh? Let me guess, is he 17 years old?

DPA is as ghetto as it gets, just kind of reminds you that yes, you are in long island... it's lame. Any street racing on DPA must entail lots of breaks chewed up, tickets from cops, and 14 year old girls giving it up for their ricer boyfriends (who are probably all like 20)
