'02 splash guards

I know this is a no-brainer for many of you but when it comes to putting things together I must have been in the wrong line when it came to passing out brains.

I want to add front/rear splash guards to my '02 maxima. The price is cheaper online but I'm not sure how easy or hard they are to install.

Could anyone take the time to tell me how to put the splash guards on.

Many thanks,
yat

Yat (New Orleans?) - I had mine taken off my 2k3 (and '95, now that I think about it), and all I ever saw was phillips head screws. So pretty sure they just screw in with a screwdriver. Make sure you get 2k2 or 2k3 though, because others apparently don't fit.

>>>>>>EDIT: Doh! Next time I'll engage brain before opening mouth (or moving fingers). There's no way I'm going to have time to ship splash guards to anyone. Thanks to the folks that have inquired, and apologies that I put in the note about selling my splash guards.<<<<<<<<<

Thanks Max2, I need Glacier Pearl. Can I ask you why you took your's off. On my car, I get a lot of kicked up dirt or mud or pieces of road tar and it just looks like if I had the splash guards on the sides would look a little cleaner.

Anyway, thanks for letting me know how easy they are to put on...(I kind of thought they were easy but I had to ask.)

Yep, you figured right. I'm a natural 'yat'...where else but New Orleans.

And if you want Sterling Mist, I could be persuaded to sell mine (not like they're doing me any good ).

Purely personal preference; I think it makes the car look too heavy/bulky. Regarding road gunk, I'm unconvinced that they help that much for anything other than rocks - dirt and other gunk will still get to your paint. After driving 133k miles in my '95, I didn't encounter anything that wouldn't clean off pretty easily.

But I'm guessing that I'm in the minority, and it could be that other guys on the org have had much different experiences.

Maybe you were in line for brains and you thought they said trains, so you asked for a little one.

Anyway i just added the splash guards to my 2k2. I think they help a little, especially in the rear. Pretty easy to put on, just take out and add some screws and drill a couple holes in the back. Though the whole didn't exactly line up on one of my rear ones, so it's a little loose. Need to get out and fix that.
