$1000 for best power mod

I have $1000 and I want to get the best power mod for that. I have the Injen intake and am looking at the cattman catback. Any recommendations about what you guys have spent and on what power mod? Also, I have MAF #22680-AM600 from factory. Is this the best MAF available that people are buying to replace the ones they blow. Thanks!
