Anyone ever been to Japan ? I want to visit some car tuning shops.. WAnt Max goodies!

Ill be visiting Japan for a week and half here shortly..

Anyone ever been there before? Know of any good automotive tuning shops I can visit ? Any interesting sites to visit , etc that are related to automotive world ?

Ive been to Japan before, but would like to visit more of the automotive tuning scent this time.. and am having a hard time finding shops address's etc and want to try and have some address's and information handy before I just show up over there..

Anyone ?

For what its worth.. Are there any Nissan related shops that I can visit in search for goodies for my 03 ? Anything I should look for / be buying hordes of while im over there ?

Most of the car dealerships that aren't brand specific usually have stuff to tune your car. E.G. Carest. One of the more popular places there is Autobacs or Super Autobacs. And lots of the companies here have counterparts in Japan: Greddy, Tein, Signal Auto

and this is a little OT, but isn't it funny how everyone in Japan tunes Nissan while everyone in the US tunes Honda?

They have the Cefiro in Japan which is similar to our Infiniti I, except it only comes in 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 variants.
