Re: aniversary edition engine cover

The 2000 and 2001 Maximas did not come with engine covers. Only the '01 SE Anniversary Edition and '02+ Maximas came with engine covers.

The '01 SE AE engine cover will fit the '00 and '01 engines just fine. It's not as big as the '02+ ones, but it adds a nice touch to the engine bay. A bit pricey at over $100.00 for a piece of plastic.

I was thinking about it myself, but I figured I can live without it since I rather have other AE parts instead like the chrome door sills, pedals, and maybe the headlights.

Peace.

The top has two regular screws and the bottom screws into a bracket that screws onto the bottom of the valve cover.

Basically a 5-minute installation.
