OK.. I WAS GOING TO PICK UP MY WOMAN AND THIS YOUNG 16 YEAR OLD KID WITH HIS YOUNG GIRLFRIEND PASSED ME AND GAVE THE "IM COOLER AND FASTER THAN YOU LOOK" AND HE FLEW BY. I LOOKED AT THE BACK OF HIS RSX TYPE-S AND NOTICED THAT IT WAS NEW (HAD TEMP. PLATES ON THE BACK).

SO I PULLED UP TO HIM AT THE LIGHT, AND AS SOON AS IT TURNED GREEN WE ROLLED A LITTLE AND HE FLOORED IT. I STARTED LAUGHING . I GAVE IT MY ALL AND ABSOLUTELY KILLED THE PUNK. BY LIKE 10 BUS LENGHTS!!!!
(THE KID IS KINDA DUMB DOING IT AT A ROLL, HE AS NO TORQUE AND NO LAUNCH AND NO VTECH)

WE PULLED UP TO A STOP SIGN AND HE WENT AGAIN. (THIS KID STILL THINKS HE HOT **** WITH HIS GIRLFRIEND)SO I KILLED HIM AGAIN AND HIS TIME I TURNED ON MY HAZARDS. AND THEN HE DID THE RICER FLY BY AND CUT ME OFF!

I WAS LAUGHING EVEN HARDER. GAVE HIM THE PEACE SIGN AND SHOOK MY HEAD AND OFF TO GO PICK HER UP.

CLIFF NOTES: KID THINKS HIS NEW CAR IS FAST. KILLED HIM TWICE. WENT TO GO PICK UP MY WOMAN.

Nice story but did you race him in the G35 or in the Maxima? I'm assuming the maxima being as this is maxima.org but I didn't know a 2k1 maxima could KILL an RSX Type S

Kids and their Honda's........remind me of last night I went to this place call "Todai's" in Woodfield Mall.........this kid in a 2000 style accord with exhaust is like ravving on my ride at a stop sign, at the time I had my mom on the passenger seat, and 2 kids (one is 4 years old, another one is in a child safty seat).......I was like WTF? 10 BUS LENGHTS IS A LITTLE FAR FETCHED, BUT I DID BEAT HIM BY A LOT. WE DID A ROLL BOTH TIMES AND I GUESS WITH THE DIFFERENCE IN TORQUE AND MAYBE A MISS SHIFT OR TWO (OR SLOW SHIFTS- NEW DRIVER)= ME WINNING BY A LOT.... I GOT UP NO MORE THAN 70-80MPH.

IT SEEMS THAT MY CAR PULLS REALLY HARD OFF THE START WHEN I GASS IT AT 20MPH. ANY AUTOS FEEL THE SAME?

Check car-stats.com Stock RSX Type S runs the quarter under 15 seconds at 95 or so. Stock 2000 maxima, (auto I think, maybe manual) runs it at 15.5. The kid in the type-S just couldn't drive. My car would get walked slowly by one, and I have quite a few mods...

With my 2001 5 speed, I raced a RSX on the High Way. All I can say, was he could keep up, just could never come close to my ***. I had wife in car, so I couldnt all out do it, but, for me, I wouldnt worry racing them unmodded with my 2003.
