Quick question - Y-Pipe

Ok, so, I am contemplating a trip to Budget to pick up a Y-Pipe this week, but, I need to know if, with the resonater left on, and, with my Powertech PT1011 muffler, is there going to be a significant increase is the noise level, I am really only looking for the hp gains without too much noise, any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

The Y-pipe will increase the noise a bit. Definitely noticeable. I'm not sure if it will drone or not, but it will for sure with the B-pipe.

Keep the resonator if your getting a y-pipe. If tou want the most HP gain with the least noise increase. Get the Y-pipe, get a b-pipe with a resonator and keep you stock muffler. It will only make like 1hp diff and you cant even tell if you gained 1hp anyway. If you really want to change the muffler and still keep the noise down get the DynoMax turbo muffler.
