Tire Pressure??
Tire Pressure??
Under the center console armrest it says 32psi for the tires, but I set my tires to 32psi and it looks kinda low - it looks like there isn't enough air in the tires..
Now I know this doesn't compare, but a similar Maxima with larger tires (17s = larger tires) and it looked like the tire wall was pretty even all around. On mine, now with 32psi, it looks small on the bottom compared to the top..
I have 235/35/18s. What do ya'll think?

32 is the "recommended" tire pressure for the stock tires. MANY people have found that if you experiment on the pressure you can get better mileage and handling. For example some have put 36 in the front and 34 in the rear. Some have done 34 all around, 34-36 in front and 32 in rear. Basically start off at 36 all around and lower couple PSI to see what works best mileage and handling wise.

Well all I know is 42 is WAY too harsh... So is 50 for that matter!
When I bought my wheels/tires I never checked the pressure -- until I noticed the harsh ride..
Ok, so I just bought a GOOD electronic gauge and it reads 29 so I need to up it a few.. (I dropped it a fair amount yesterday hoping that would help and it read 33) but clearly that meter is off.
