Trade my GMC for a 02 Max

I currently own a 01 GMC Sierra Ext Cab with 30K miles. This truck is paid off and I am wiling to trade for a 02 Max. I am selling or trading this truck becasue I just bought anothe rcsb with the 5.3 engine. Here are some pics of my truck. This truck is in excellent condition and still under warranty.

30k miles
2 wheel drive
4.8l V8 engine
power windows/locks
4 doors
anti lock brakes
dual air bags

I am looking for a 02 white/pearl-white or silver Max. It has to have less than 36k miles and have a sunroof.
