This depends on many variables...

ambient temperature
driver skill (getting a good launch without losing traction)
ambient humidity
track conditions
tire type

speaking from my experience, 15.6ish at around 88ish stock.

3/4 tank of gas, 17" stock wheels, as said lots of variables. I've seen between mid 15s and mid 16s.
