over drive button

automatic obviously......but is there a point to the OD Off button? or am i just really retarded

When you're racing (or accelerating) you can force the transmission to staying in a lower gear to get more torque. I had that on my last automatic (Durango) and I only used it for that.

The 2k and 2k1 had overdrive buttons, the 2k2 and 2k3 have the 'slapstick' gated shifter.
