How to launch on slight incline or decline?

Alright.......I have a 5spd 2000 maxima and was wondering how in the world it is possible to get a good launch when you are on a slight incline or decline? And I know that launches are everything in a race. Does anyone have any suggestions if I happen to be rolling while in neutral about to launch?

Decline should be a no brainer since you have the weight of the car already favoring the front end.

Inclines are a different story though since traction is already compromised due to the weight transfer to the back.

Practice is the only thing I can suggest.

Go easier on the incline more aggresive on the decline.
