Gps?

Does anyone know what it would take to add Nissan's Navigation system to a 2k2 GLE with Bose?

I went on a trip last weekend where I used a little hand held GPS which was a life saver. I would like to maintain a stock look so I would assume all after market products would be out.

Don't know how hard it would be. However, I noted that recently e-bay had an aution on the system including the GPS and screen, cassette and tuner head unit, plus 6 disc trunk changer. I think it came from a Pathfinder but looked just like the system I have in my '03 so I suspect it's the same.

To keep an eye out if something like that come up again, search ebay with the words nissan and navigation. You'll pick up some cars selling with the system but it would also pick up someone selling the system. Just a guess but I think the last system went for $600.

dont think its possible, or shall I say cost effective....the Nav unit incorporates auto climate sensors and such and even though your GLE would have auto climate, I don't think the install is straight forward....I think it'd be cheaper to go for an indash touch screen TV with a dvd player and go that route

Ok, any suggestions on one of these systems?
Did I read at some point there were issues with removing the factory stereo? I thought I read that some other functions are lost, but can't remember any specfics?
