I ordered mine one month ago. I E-mailed them and ask about how long and they told me it will be awhile. How long did you wait? That is if you are using one.

I know someone who has been waiting for a few weeks and can't get any response. I feel bad because I am the one that recommended them. Very poor customer service if you ask me.

Ok, if you ordered the APEXI filter, I just spoke to Steve and he said they should be in by Friday for sure. They are waiting to clear customs. So hopefully they should be shipped out on Fri or Mon. I've been waiting since 5/6.

Order via group deal, got mine last week (ordered with K&N filter). However, MAF adapter is missing so I can't install it until that arrives (Sent an e-mail to Steve on Sunday).

Would you rather pay hundreds to get your MAF replaced because of an oily filter?

I got mine today. I waited less than a month. But they forgot to include the instructions.

Steve, I'm switching from my Injen to the Frankencar. Do I need to put any parts back on that I had to take off to install the Injen?

Nope. Just disconnect the Injen from the throttle body and install the Frankencar.

no, it is not. i waited about a month and a half to get my intake, and i did not notace any diffrence at all from K&N to apexi. and as long as you properly oil your K&N you will not blow your mafs. and as a side note people have been having problems with apexi filters on their maximas.. generaly 5th gens... i know a few poeple who have gotton one or two blow mafs from the filter... and once they changed back to K&N it was fine. but then again on the other side many people have the apexi filter installed and they have no problems what so ever, so it is a toss-up. i know if i had to do it all over again i would go K&N.

Yes I did . But I had my KN for a about 20k miles before that. Emax also blew his MAF right after switching to the Apexi, and so did Chinaonitrous. I was at Nissan a few Saturdays ago, and a Sentra Spec-v was there with a Hotshot Intake, and a Blown MAF. I was told Sentras and Muranos have problems with MAF's too... Seems to be a Nissan problem, not so much related to any particular filter or intake..

I just bought a secondhand Franken intake with K&N filter. How much oil do you put in the filter and where does the oil go?

You only need to re oil the filter after it cleaned/recharged. If its not dirty just install it....

When I ordered my pipe W/no filter (Stillen) last year I got it in 2 days. There was a hole in the weld for the breather, got the replacement in 2 days. I ordered an adapter on 5/12... no reply to emails and still waiting I'm gonna call him tonight.

Mine showed up last night for the GD with a K&N. I sent email and inquired last week and never got a response. I came across an Injen 1 day after I ordered it for the same price so I bought it. The Frank is for sale if you know anyone.......
