Eyelids

I saw some kid wit eyelids for a 5th gen Max. Any1 know where we can get those.

1) Take lights out
2) Cover in aluminum foil (2 layers)
3) Smooth out foil
4) Lay fiberglass strip across top
5) Resin
6) Repeat steps 4 and 5 until approx 1/8" thick
7) Wait overnight to dry
8) Remove
9) Trim dried fiberglass peices to right eyelid angle/size
10) Sand with 400 grit sandpaper
11) Paint desired color
12) Reinstall headlights
13) Reinstall eyelids on headlights using 3M tape or desired adhesive (velcro, etc..)

That's it! You can get fiberglass cloth/mat and resin from Home Depot, Lowe's, or Tap Plastics if you have one in your area.

Good luck! If they turn out really good, post some pics. If we like them, you could use them as a mold to mass produce more and sell them here.
