Rear deck rattle

I remember seeing someone post a TSB in regards to the rear deck rattling. I can't find it though. Does anyone know about this? I'm getting my HU replaced as well as a new sub. I thought I saw something about nissan putting padding in the rear deck to stop the rattles. Thanks.

I don't believe there is a TSB regarding rear deck rattling, nor do I remember seeing anything about Nissan putting padding in (at least not for free). The dealerships answer is usually something like, "that's just the way it is, deal with it." The fix that you may have seen was talking about removing the back seat to gain access to the rear deck. You can then take the rear deck out and put dynamat or some cheaper alternative between the metal frame and the deck itself. However from what I've read this is completely a DIY job, no help from Nissan at all.

If you find a TSB about this let us know...I'd love to go bug my dealer again about it with TSB in hand.
