Front lip fog lights

In my 01 gxe i guess because it's a lower model it has the useless ugly air vents instead of the fog lights on the front lip, i was wondering if anyone has replaced the vents with the lights that come on the upper models and how much it would cost?

you can buy the fog light assembly from Nissan dealership. all our cars are pre-wired for the fog lights and it's really easy install.

the fog light kit should run around $180 for the both lights and a new signal switch with the fog light switch....

And this mod is easier than the AE pedals installation.

The ones by Hella are a lil smaller then stock for 02 so it will look a tad smaller.. There is another kit that most car stores like pepboys etc.. sell that are bigger. It's a in a green box and the angel eyes come in 6 colors

Thanks for your help I really appriviate it. Does a lil smaller mean that they wont look good at all and will be hard to install. Would you say the PepBoys version is just as good looking as the Hellas? Are they as quality? What would be your recomendation?
Sorry for all the questions. I definatly respect everyones opinions on the org. Thanks Again

I really dunno.. It might be too small for you guys and they'll be a big gap around it.

It's not made by pepboys.. But stores like AUtozone have it too. I just remember it was a green box with like 6 different colors to choose from for the angeleyes. And the dimeter of these are a lil bigger for like the 2k2's.

Alright thanks a lot everyone. So my car is already wired for them even though they have the stupid vent things? How easy is it to install yourself?

Better off ordering the OEM fogs from Courtesy...

I installed them on my g/f's GXE in only 1/2 hour for both.
