anyone wanna give an opinion for the vb mod? is it really worth $450, the website sure does convince the $#@t out of me into buying it, but i wanna buy it for the right purpose, if it does knock .2-.4 then why not right? to me it sounds like a shift kit, and some people are telling me(they dont own a maxima) that shift kits cut off top speed and is just straight out focusing on 0-60/////so finally do u autos recommend this

You might be thinking of top speed losses with gearing, the vb mod does not change anything other than how fast the tranny shifts.

Get it from maximum tuning. Check out their web site at www.maximumtuning.net The mobiletek one was Don's in Texas, but I don't believe he has come through for a lot of people. He left a lot of people hanging dry taking their money and no VB mod. Maximum Tuning may still have a GD going on. Talk to Jeff over there. The group deal was for $350 installed. They are out of NY. You can ship it to him and get it back in a couple days if you are further. I got mine from there, and I'm in CA. Got it back within 5 days.
