does anyone know how the good the quality of the auto trans. on our car in term of efficency, quality build, ect?

 

 

Its much better than the 95-01's autos and I can tell Nissan did some "beefing up" to it as they claimed.

 

I think there was only a few ppl with 2k2-2k3's that actually have blown their auto tranny.. A lot less then the 2k-2k1's

I'm on my 3rd tranny

 

You guys are worrying me. How are you blowing the tranny? Am I risking mine if I have it in 3rd and downshift into 2nd before hitting a tight turn? Seems like a legit use of the tranny to me.

This is my first automatic ever. God I wish I had a 6 spd, but my wife refuses to drive a manual. I should have had a prenup!

 

I don't recommend manual shifting with the automatic. Premature wear and tear on the tranny.. I keep blowing my tranny because i'm boost happy
