one touch window control

Has anyone wired one switch to control all four windows? It is a pain to open and close all four windows (yes im lazy). There has to be a way to have one switch to do them all.

I'm sure there would be a way. Probably need some window module controllers like the one they use on dei alarms

First off, gotta put the right motors in all four windows. 2k & 2k1 would have to install in passenger and both rear, 2k2 & 2k3 just rear. Then run some extra wires for the auto up/down. Then take those new wires and wire them to your new switch, including tapping into the existing auto up/down windows. The wiring isn't too bad, but running the wires is the PITA. Anyone run wires into your door for your stereo? Remember what a PITA that was? Ok, now do it again for all four doors. Now does it seem worth it?

I do agree this would be a kick-*** feature. But a feature that I will wait for as a factory option.

Why would i need to install motors? are they diffirent? it would be a PITA but it would be worth it i think. plus i will be the first to do it.

My buddy has this in his 2000 GXE.. We know a alarm guy that is the BOMB. He knows hiss stuff well. I have an eclipse with 3 DEI modules and a Viper 800ESP. Man my alarm is awesome. From the remote i can put the windows down and open the sunroof and close them as well. The alrm is sick, but took him a whole day to install. I am now ordering the 2 modules for the rear of my 2003SE and one for the sunroof..
