My new 04 came with one on it. It looks to be the same as the one that came on my 01, I gave it away too. Should fit any 5th gen. I'm in far North Dallas, if you want to drop by and pick it up, it's yours. It has less than 100 miles on it.

LOL, I know. I gave up on even making half of my money back on the stupid thing. And I have 2 of them sitting around, one that came with my 2003 and one that I bought for my old 2000 which I never used. And why would anyone pay $45 on Ebay when you can buy it new for less than that?
