i can not seem to find wiper blades for my 00 maxima i want to purchase bosch or piaa blades and can not find the drivers side size 26in. can anyone tell me where i can get them.

 

just gotta look around...anywhere can have them...auto zone, pep boys, aids auto, even walmart, or kmart

 

try checking tirerack.com. I'm positive that they have them

 

Good luck on the driver's side Bosch. For some reason, none of the stores I went to up here had them. I had to wind up getting a 26" Anco and a 17" Bosch.

 

It's really hard to get 26" inch wiper blades, esp the PIAA ones. My order was on backorder for about 2 weeks before they got shipped from optauto.com.

go an inch shorter on the passenger side and get 28 for the drivers' side - fits fine and both are common sizes.

 

I just purchased a set at autozone.

 

I just got mine at aid auto.

 

You guys have good luck with aftermarket blades? I've never had an aftermarket blade work as well as the factory ones. They just don't adjust to the curve of the glass as well. I've always just gone to the dealer for refills (has always been less headache in the long run.)

Then again, if you use RainX (or Zaino your windshield like me ) it don't really matter!)

 

You have to get the PIAA blades, at first I thought it was hype on good they were and the cost but they were well worth it.

 

I keep reading the PIAA refills will fit in the stock wiper, but has anyone actually done it???? That'd be a huge savings if it's true.

Please, someone who's actually done it reply and let us know.
