Where did you get your antenna from? I found a place online (eautoworks.com) that sells the brand, but they look nothing like yours. They say theyre static release antennas, thus you wont get shocked every time you get out of the car. So, where did you get yours?

Got it from a local shop, but they don't carry those antennas anymore. Static release?!?! Hahahahaha... sure. I get shocked when it gets cold, so I don't know what they're talking about.

 

Aids in releasing static buildup through the driver perhaps?
