Spring Question

I am going to get the GR-2's for my 2003 GXE but have a question regarding springs. What kind do I get? I have read many of the threads on Tien's but am not sure of the drop. I dont want a very low drop on my car. Should I go with a different brand of springs? Which springs offer the least drop that could go with GR-2s? So many questions. Any help or opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You should really get the Maxspeed springs. I paid $119 shipped from ebay and most other org members have done the same. The drop is great. Not too low and gives a decent ride close to stock. I have this combo GR2/Maxspeed on my max and I love it. Check my homepage page #3 for pics of the drop. You'll thank me later.

Really depends on drop and ride quality you want. The lower the drop, the more stiff the ride. H&Rs will be the softest ride and minimal drop (mine was about an inch) and are a little pricey. Maxspeeds are very reasonable in price, with very slightly more drop than H&Rs, and very slightly more firm, probably the best value if you don't want a big drop. Sprints are fairly firm and are a good 1.8" drop all around, and my buddy has a slightly used set in the F/S forum for $115 shipped. Would work well with the GR2s and drop looks awesome.
