best sound

I just got my Diamond Audio speakers in, and I wanted to know what is the best way to go for the best sound? Should I go with a spray for the doors or some sort of dynamat?

You probably don't need to be too concerned with the doors vibrating, but that back deck will definitely need some work if you have a subwoofer.I've got kickers in my doors hooked to an amp with no problem.
