K&N filter

im going to get my oil changed soon, im approaching 15k and im gonna change the engine filter. is it worth it to put a k&n? or could it possibly cause maf failure in my 2k2. i really do not want that to happen but if it wont id like to throw in the k&n.

It's up to you. It's shouldn't cause MAF faliure. If you mean replacing the stock rectangle filter with a K&N rectangle air filter, you should be fine. Everything worked out for me when I did it.

true. but i read awhile back people were overoiling them and causing damage. but i guess if you dont over oil it, it should be fine. have you gained any mpgs with it?
