Some Mods Installed
Some Mods Installed
I just moved to a house with a garage and it is nice to do mods in the garage. I did the following last weekend
- AE Door Sills(Look ok, not real flashy)
- AE Pedals(Look very good, accelerator pedal was hard to install)
- Rewired fogs(Kinda cool)
- Rewired turn signals to flash with turn indicator(Looks good, especially since I have clears)
Coming up next weekend...
- Painting the calipers red
- Putting exhaust tips on the muffler
Thanks to everyone on this website for the ideas and the how-to's.

What did you find hard about installing the AE accelerator pedal? I put the AE pedals on my 2k3 last weekend and I thought the write-up made it sound WAY harder than it actually was.

Oh, I gotcha...you replaced the whole assembly. I just took the pedal off the AE assembly and put it on my existing one. I have a 2k3 so I had to do it that way. There's just one little plastic clip holding it on, with a small flathead screwdriver you can have the pedal off in 30 seconds. Did you do the 350z dead pedal as well?

Put mine in Thursday after work. Once I popped out the plastic ring at the top it was a breeze. BTW, you don't need to use anything to pry on the brake cover if you use two hands

I have not done the dead pedal mod yet, do you know who the person is that I can order that from? I remember some time back someone on the org was making them and selling them.
