Suspension mod question

I was wondering where shocks fall into the overall picture when it comes to handling. I would list, in order of importance, the following things as they affect handling:

1) Tires
2) Lowering Springs
3) RSB
4) FSTB

Where would shocks be in this list? I'm pretty happy about the mods I've done and the way they've improved my handling. Is it even worth changing the shocks? There's nothing wrong with them, I'm just wondering.

As long as the shocks are able to control the spring's rate, they will be okay. But it's known that performance springs will greatly reduce the stock shock's lifespan. So if you get some mild springs, you will be okay for for awhile. But once the stockers wear out, your car will bounce all over the place. Not good.
I'd put it #2 or #3 on the list. #2 if the shocks are blown and #3 if you can get maybe a year or two on the stockers.
