how will the car ride? you mean ride quality as in stiffness or how the car will handle?
the ride quality should be pretty decent because H&Rs are supposed to ride pretty smoothly...and you should have pretty nice handles too, you wont be a beemer but still

If you're only looking to spend a certain amount you better not get the RSB and FSTB and get a new set of struts. Why blow your OEM ones when you know it's coming. If you lower it the proper way your handling will be a lot better than just half assin it. Just my .02
