Iradium's are good but their actually only good for like 10K. After that they work exactly like normal plugs.

What makes the Iridum special and where can you get them?

they last a little longer than platinum and supposedly provide a bit more spark adding 0.8 HP whatever something and the best way to find them is type DENSO IRIDIUM in google they like 11bucks per plug

I'm having problems installing the back 2 plugs on my 2k2....
Do I have to take out the whole intake manifold and replace the gasket???
Anyone changed plugs on the 3.5 max and have tips, hints, writeups??
