Jime has that, but I'm wondering if you would benefit IF it's possible for a 5th gen..

yes its possible but on the 02-03's it will trip the cel and have to get the ecu flashed to get it cut off. I believe so anyway

Firebird is F'ing slow compared to those East coast DOWNhill tracks.
Yes, that was run at Fireturd.

Im pretty sure most Autos would be in the high 13's with slicks, considering most of us spin all through first gear, and start hooking up in second.... even on big wheels...

That track you ran at Blu seems to be a rocket of a track. I have run at Englishtown in my stang before, and it was pretty good. The tracks out here in Cali suckk monkey ***** !

So true

Now few things that im trying to add up, first did your stock 17's have the RE92 potenzas that came stock? The reason I ask is I personally dont think they provide enough bite for a good launch, if you were using another brand, what kind was it that gave enough bite for a sub 14 run? One last thing, are motor mounts an issue at all? epsecially with slicks? Will the 4th gen polyurethane mounts from cattman fit? (I think they do, but want some confirmation )

Mods at the time where frankentake, UR UDP, Stillen Y-pipe, RT cat, Greddy exhaust. Since then for performance I added franken car mounts and Denso Iridium plugs.

I ran on my stock 17' rims with stock potenzas. I put the potenzas down to 22 PSI up front. My 60' on my 13.8 run was a 2.251. I added the franken car engine mounts over the winter, I have not been able to test them out yet. I am not sure about the cattman mounts fitting, I think they probably would fit though.

Hopefully the mounts will knock .05 off of my 60's, that would be great. They really cut the wheel hop down so I expect to see some good results.

15.136 @ 90.92 stock

15.121 @ 93.63 intake/exhaust + full audio and bad cutch dont know if the weight and the bad clutch had anything to do with it, but after those mods my time was too similar as stock

Well atleast the frankencar mounts are an option. Thanks for the info and I guess you'll by lowering your ET again this coming winter, good luck.
