Fastest.... as in HP/Torque? or in the 1/4 mile?

It is dependent on the motor too, as there are multiple motors for the 5th gen.

2000-2001 All Motor:
HP = Unknown
1/4 = Unknown

2000-2001 with N20:
HP = Unknown
1/4 = Unknown

2000-2001 Boosted:
HP = Y2KevSE
1/4 = Y2KevSE (probably.. if he ever runs it - hint hint)

2002-2003 All Motor:
HP = Emax02
1/4 = Emax02

2002-2003 Boosted:
Not Yet Available

2002-2003 with N20:
HP = SR20DEN
1/4 = SR20DEN

I'll update the list as I find out.

SR20DEN with nitrous and slicks I thought. Also, 2k2_6spd all motor.

Dave ran a best of I belive 14.2 n/a his mph is at 100mph, but ethan has dipped into the 13.9's with street tires on 18s with slicks he got a bit quicker. Also the highest MPH on an all motor 3.5 was acheived by Dave (not 2k26spd) you know which one of 102+ mph consistant trap speeds. I was there to witness those runs as well.

fastest 2k2 all motor is Blubyu2k2-1/4
13.79 @ 98.40

"fastest" means 1/4 and HP means power not speed, I thought we were all clear on that. not flaming

When you post a name that is the fastest... why don't you post the other info to go with it so I can update the list? Just because they are the fastest 1/4 doesn't mean that they have the most HP. You've got to take into account the fact that not all are the "best" drivers out there.

So if Blubyu2k2 is faster than Dave and Emax95, then I'll change it. But is he the fastest all motor 1/4 mile or the most HP? (And maybe even posting the numbers, either HP or 1/4 mile times, will help me determine which one is truely the fastest).

I'll keep updating my post as more information follows. So for now, don't quote my post because it will change.

I updated my earlier post for your clarification. Trapspeed crown still belongs to ethan for All motor

Well, when I made the post, I was wondering who had the fastest timeslips bascially. Aren't there any low 13 second 5th gen maximas? I thought that these engines would respond better to mods, bolt ons, etc..

13.79 is the lowest I've seen so far on all-motor 5th gen without NO2.

It is the lowest followed by ethans 13.88. Those are the only 2 in the 13's all motor 5th gens

Mine is too, but I don't have the timeslip to prove it. The timeslip was in the garage and got rained on before I could scan it. I'll get another one once I get the E-Manage tuned completely.

I think it was a 13.84. The R/T time was .600 so I could have shaved a little more.

That is with the car only coarsely tuned. I need to fine tune it before I'll run it again (as the motor is running rich in areas and lean in others). It rains here every day in the summer time, so there hasn't been a good time to make it to the dyno yet. I just found a dyno shop that will dyno the car for me even though the weather may throw the numbers off a little bit. Once I get on the schedule, I'll get it tuned and go run again. I'll post that slip when I get it.

My car went 14,35@100.14 with a GAB, and a muffler, my buddy Dave Hill, who is rarely on here, went 14.2x@102.5 several times, he has a GAB, and a Cattman cat back My car dyno'd 219hp 233tq, his car dyno'd 226hp 246tq. Both are 6 speeds, and should see some 13's this winter.

The car wasn't stripped at all, but the custom sub box hadn't been installed either. I did have my old bandpass box in the car with the subs/amp. But the new box weighs a little more than the old box did, so I guess you could say that the car was a little lighter than it is now.

No slicks over here, I ran a 13.8 with my stock 17's and a 13.9 with my 18's. I have the fastest NA MPH @ 101.67 MPH. I am going to try to head up to the track soon, hopefully I can get down to a 13.6. With slicks I'd be at around 13.3

Wow so no slicks, well I guess its been a while since you made that post since I dont remember what you had . Still very impressive. Now few things that im trying to add up, first did your stock 17's have the RE92 potenzas that came stock? The reason I ask is I personally dont think they provide enough bite for a good launch, if you were using another brand, what kind was it that gave enough bite for a sub 14 run? One last thing, are motor mounts an issue at all? epsecially with slicks? Will the 4th gen polyurethane mounts from cattman fit? (I think they do, but want some confirmation )
Best of luck to you hitting the lower 13's, with slicks its well within reach. Btw as far as fastest n/a mph goes your less then 1mph behind Dave Hill who ive see trap consistant 102+ with a best of 102.5 but his 60 ft times were in the 2.4 range in many of the runs due to wheelspin

Thanks in advance for any info you give Ethan.

Thank you for clearing that up, the reason im asking was obviously due to the weight issue here. Not that im doubting anything, just wondering Just wondering what # I should expect to run with similar mods (and stereo) in a 03 6spd. I will make a few runs in street form, but will never strip more then removing a spare.

NO2 = Nitrogen DiOxide (greenhouse gas)

N2O = Nitrous Oxide

To me quickest means E.T. (blubyu2k2)

Fastest means trap speed. (Emax02)

And with Dave B in your car with slicks at our track it would be 12.3.

Was that at Firebird? If so, I can guarantee if you ran at BabyBlu's track you would run 13's.

Firebird is F'ing slow compared to those East coast DOWNhill tracks.

its not Babyblu and fayetteville is actually up hill but I can't remember if its 4 or 14ft incline. I don't understand why people running at englishtown which is a lower elevated track are still trapping slower than me
