Pretty much, nothing. Superglues often chemically alter the surface they are bonding, and definitely do it to plastics.

Even if you do remove the residue, the plastic itself will likely be damaged.

Even if you use some abrasive substance to remove the super glue it'll probably remove some of the color off the dash so there's no way of getting off without some kinda damage.

You can use super glue remover to remove the glue residue itself; but as jjs said, the plastic is screwed.

What the others said may be true, so you may be screwed. But, you could try Goo Gone, which takes off adhesives well (haven't tried it on super glue). Or, I saw some super glue remover in the store the other day (think it was Home Depot, but probably everywhere has it). BUT - THESE MAY ALSO DAMAGE YOUR FINISH. I have no idea what they do to plastic...

Goo Gone won't touch superglu. Try some superglu remover where you buy superglu. But the plastic may be affected by the glu as the others said.

All CA glues (superglue) are removed using acetone. Of course acetone will disolve most plastics too. Test the acetone on an area of the same material that you don't mind ruining. Even if the plastic doesn't seem to melt from the acetone, it will at least alter the texture of the surface--make it shiny or smooth away the texture. No miracle cure.
