If weight is not an issue but looks is. Which looks nicer CF hood or sarona double hood scoop hood. Those of you who find almost ever mod you can make rice please do not answer.

Just get the plain CF hood, scoops only belong on muscle cars IMO.

Sorry, but it looks like a riced out Civic front end has been fused to the front of a perfectly good Max.

Uh, not according to this thread, I am not the only one! It also depends on the calibre of the people you are around what they think of the hood and front end...a bunch of teens and 20+ years olds have a different opinion of cars than the rest of us who own them. As far as the Civic comparison...not my fault it is the truth.

Who cares if your car looks like a fu@kin riced out 84' Datsan, let alone Civic. ITS YOURS, just like this was someone elses thread about hoods. If you want to get into a pi$$ing match go to chat. Now that I am done being crabby, I don't like the double scoop hood either, and carbon fiber looks good on most color max's. If I had the extra cash I would rather the CF.

You came here and presented your car as an example, you did not prohibit comments. You brought opinions upon yourself. As can be seen by the very next thread from mine, your experience is clearly not 'wut everyone else told about' your hood.

If you can't distinguish between a comment about your car and a 'comment directed at' you, you need to mature quite a bit.

i agree with MJK. that's a bad a** hood! where did you get it? i've been
looking around for it. ever since i saw it, i wanted it. it also looks
better than a stock CF hood. I want to be a little different, than most
other max's. i hope you don't mind me copying you.
i already went through my ricey phase. your car is far from ricey.

 

naw in all honesty... to me... that hood looks tight... OEM is just to plain,,, got to add some flavor, but not too much..
