leather install help needed

leather install help needed quote:

Hey guys, Im finnaly installing the rest of the leather thats been chilling in my garage for like 3 months..Anyways..

I installed the lower part of the back seat and I have all this extra leather gathered, as if it wasnt stretched properly. I cant even feel my hands from all the stretching.

Does someone maybe happen to have some sort of instructions on installing the leather properly?

Any help you be apreciated.
Thanks!

Its pretty straight forward. Just remember where all the original hog rings are supposed to be. The only hard part for me (stretching wise) was the rear armrest. That thing wouldn't go on at all. Did you get the leatherseats.com seats? If you put the hog rings on at all the right places, there shouldn't be too much gathered leather.

Yes, I put them in all the right places, But I read somewhere that you are suppose to spray some glue on the foam and heat up the leather?

can you elaborate on this a little more?
Thanks

I have no idea. I guess my install was easier because I did mine with a friend that has an upholstery shop and all the right tools.
