interesting clutch noise

this only happens under load and mostly when i try to back up on a very steep hill and backing up hill

the clutch is making like a high pitched noise, usually happens when i rev it up to about 1250-1500 rpms and then slowly release the clutch,

this never happens at regualr driving

anybody got any clues???..

i dont think it soudns like the same symptoms as the clutch TSB though

You have the dying squirrel.

Take your car to the dealer and tell them you have the bad clutch. There is a TSB for it and they should fix it. Up in Rockville your dealer might suck and tell you to pisoff, if so take it to Passport Nissan in Alexandria, VA. Give it to Scott and he will know exactly whats going on. You need a new clutch pal.

Good luck.

What kinda of noise I you getting?
I had my clutch TSB done and they fixed that howling noise that was coming up when slipping clutch from 1st and reverse gears.
But now I have this more annoying noise, I have this loud creaking clicking sound that comes up when taking off and when just driving and pressing on the gas. I think it has to do with clutch again because it only happens under load(when taking off and when driving and hitting gas).
Go figure I was there to get the clutch TSB fixed which they did, but broke something else for sure.

Find a new dealer bro. There is a TSB for it. I can't remember what it is, but there is one. Been there since Feb/March of last year.

I don't understand why dealers are so lame about this stuff. Everything under warrantee they bill back to Nissan anyhow. Why they insist on being lame I do not know.

Yeah you definetly have that clutch TSB issue. I had it done and it fixed it, BUT now I have this other noise I described above. And it is driving me nuts.
