Moisture in headlights

I was washing my car today and I noticed that the suds seem to find there way into my right headlamp housing. When rinsing it with water it got all foggy on the inside lens. Left side no problems at all. Should I call the dealer and have them replace it? what do you guys think.

Definately, because after time the entire chrome inside will eventually rust.

im getting my taillight replace tommorrow under warrranty. The taillight is not leaking any water but it does have a tiny rust spot. I told them it was condensating inside to help my cause. The dealer had to order it but said it was covered.
