FSTB/RSB Warranty question

For those of you with an FSTB and/or RSB, have any of you experienced any issues with dealers voiding out your warranty?

I just received both of them but have pending sunroof work that needs to be done.....wanted to know if I should wait.

Thanks.

You have an RSB, correct? Any issues with that?

The service manager at the dealer I take my Maxes to said "oh... cool... you have an FSTB".

He mentioned that a good definition as to what would void the warranty is this...

"anything that can be easily deinstalled and restored to stock does not affect the warranty" - such as an FSTB, RSTB, RSB, Clear Corners, etc

"anything that modifies and affects one of the major systems *may* void the warranty" - such as intakes, springs, struts, chips, etc.

You can quote the Magnuson statute to your dealer. It says unless they can proove the mod effected your car or caused damage it cannot void your warranty. They will try anything but the fstb or rsb only helps the car.
