crankcase oil flush

anyone have experience with having their crankcase flushed? I like the idea of the first oil change to include a flush to get everything out before putting in the new oil. is there a way to get this effect at home, a DIY scheme? I suppose I could just change the oil 2-3 times over a weekend. Like some of you, I don't trust the people at the local garages/dealers/service center to do this sort of thing the way I would do it myself.

I dont really see the need to flush out the crankcase. I mean its all going to the bottom of the pan anyways. If you that concerned, it would be much easier to just drop the oil pan and clean that out.
